Writing, acting, roleplaying, reading (though not as much as I should be), listening to music, watching horror movies, sending out weird letters with postage paid envelopes from credit card offers

Anything with Bruce Campbell, Jeffrey Combs, or Ted Raimi. Too many to list in total but my favourite is probably a tie between the entire Evil Dead trilogy and Reanimator. I'm fond of the old black and white horror flicks, and love any horror with humor in it. Or that's just so bad you can't help but laugh. For other genres, I like bizarre comedies, some drama, and some sci-fi/fantasy.

Anything with a horror edge like Calabrese or Rob Zombie. Horrorpunk makes me ridiculously happy. I also love goth, industrial, ebm, some jazz, swing, jazz, rockabilly, and have plenty of other guilty pleasures that won't be listed.

I honestly don't read as much as I should, but I adore "On Writing" by Stephen king, and non-fiction books about my various areas of interest like pirates.

Closed minds, elitists of any sort, alien brain viruses that make me do bad things.

Well, what is there to say about me? I love spooky stuff and Halloween just like everyone on here. I like to write, though I get impatient and have a hard time finishing projects. I used to be involved in the theatre, doing both acting and stage managing, and did run a small, extremely low-budget haunted house for my parents' church one year. I want to expand and work both as an actor and behind the scenes in a haunt though, and it looks like this year I'm going to be able to do that.

I work in a mailroom. It's boring but it's a job and gives me a lot of freedom with time. I'm going to school to get an associates' degree in web design, mostly just to have a degree to make more money. My work is not my life, my extracurricular activities are. I just want to have something to make money to live off of, and still have time to do the things that I love.
