ABOUT ME OR MY HAUNTING PASSIONS
First and foremost, I dedicate this, my online business Hauntwares and my Haunted House venture to my Mother and my Brother, both of whom I lost within the past year. My Mother for her strength and my Brother who was teaching me about the marketing end of running a business. I Love and miss you both.
I'm currently an Electrician, A Black Belt in Chinese Kung Fu, formerly a Staff Sergeant in the Army with over 23 yrs. Halloween enthusiast, dog owner, father.
I have been doing Haunts for about 10 yrs. I started doing them as a fundraiser project for the Martial Arts school I belonged to. Twice a year. Then Uncle Sam asked me to play in 2004-2005, so I said OK (of course). When I got back I started my online business, then this past year I opened my own Haunt. Everyone who showed up said they loved it. So 2 weeks after Halloween I started to plan for next year. After a promise to my girlfriend, that I wouldn't actually build anything on the Huant till after the first of the year.How could I refuse, she busted her butt so much to get this thing off the ground for me. She is so great, I'll wait til the 3rd of January.Lol
If anyone has a question about props in any way please ask, I have an extensive list of links plus I've just totally involved myself with learning and finding out info about haunting ideas and ways to get it done. Now it seems that I have infected my friends at work with this Halloween thing... What great ideas come from sitting around BSing about what would be a cool prop or idea. A couple of the "Top Secret" ideas we are going to build for next year came out of just tossing ideas around. So ask away, I love to help.
