Love those Vampire movies! (Zombies are rather fun, as well.) The Lost Boys, From Dusk till Dawn (All 3, but the 1st is best!)Grindhouse, Motel Hell, Frailty, J. C.'s Vampires,and too many more to name. I also like Action Movies, Mysteries and Crime Dramas, and other stuff. (But you can pretty much keep the sappy love stories!)qg``n

Also, living so close to Salem. Making props, and other arts and crafts. Spending time with good friends or family. Animals-especially my 5 cats, Ryukan Goldfish, and Albino African Clawed frog. Nature, the ocean, exploring, and photography. Working in my rock garden. People with a good sick sense of humor! And my new nephew, Nicholas.

Closed minded people who don't like Halloween, and can't even pretend to be a little interested in my obssesion! "Scaredy Cats" that won't come to my Halloween Party! Mistreatment of animals. Aggressive crazy drivers. Disrespect and rudeness. Lack of common sense. Smoking. When the things you HAVE to do outweigh the things you WANT to do!

 I have always loved Halloween! I remember Trick-or-Treating as a kid, and how thrillingly terrifying it was when the occasional house would have scary lights and music and a few decorations. (Still nothing like you see these days!) I had my first party when I was in the 6th grade. Later, I had some friends that would have wonderful Halloween parties every year, with crazy decorations and homemade special effects. I learned a lot from them. (My brother and I even put on a Haunted Garage one year.) But, my friends all got busy with other things and my Octobers got kind of dull. Having lived most of my adult life in apartments, I couldn't really do much of anything myself. I never even got any Trick-or-Treaters! So, I started going to my parents house and decorating a little, dressing up and handing out their goodies. BUT, now I live in a house, on a nice, quiet dead end street and I am going HALLOWEEN CRAZY!! I have a party for the Grown Ups the Saturday night before Halloween and then I do a big display for the kids on Halloween night. The whole neighborhood seems to enjoy it, and they are joining in more and more. I have gotten about 175 kids for the past two years. I make a lot of my stuff, and plan to make a lot more of it in the future. My first couple years I did the basic cemetary scene outside, but last year I did CARNIVAL OF TERROR, which was fun, but a lot of work!.
