Judgmental people. Liars. People who want me to be what they want me to be for my "own good."
Snakes and other creepies...except in halloween displays and then they are PERFECT. (just keep the real ones away from me please lol)
"Resealable" packages you can't open to begin with unless you CUT them open.
"Child safe" containers that I can never seem to open.
I don't like drama and I don't like people who make me crazy - crazier than I normally am I mean. I don't like people who seem to enjoy hurting other people and/or animals.

I have a Halloween party at my house that is still rather new, only for the last two yrs so far. It has been a blast and my friends and family talk about it all yr, which of course I love to hear. :) I generally don't think of myself as a "haunter" though but more of a "party girl with an evil twist." LOL I love having all kinds of parties and gatherings at my house but have found Halloween to be the most fun and most satisfying of all I've ever done - therefore the party girl with an evil twist!
My family has been doing halloween parties back as far as my great grandparents so I'm just carrying on a "family tradition." LOL
I am very happily married to my high school sweetheart and have been married now for over 36 yrs. Of course I was a child bride! lol We have one daughter who is also married and is known as Hemmie here on HS. I have two step-grandchildren and one step-great granddaughter who is on the way. I have a 13 yr old black lab mix named Willie that is my big baby. He even goes to work with me each day and everyone who comes into the office loves him and looks for him, some even stop in now to see HIM. LOL And others bring him doggie treats when they come to see me.
I see my life as much more than my work, although my work has been an important part of my life and have made many friends through it over the years. I am a tax professional and have recently opened my own business and loving getting it all up and running right now.
I am normally a very happy, easy going person that sees life as an adventure. Each day I get up I never know what that day will bring so it's an adventure. The biggest thing to know about me is that if you are my friend, I will love you and accept you, warts and all. If that is a problem for you, please just stay away from me so I don't get hurt from it. I love life and love people and never have a problem in telling people I love them. If you can't handle it, you aren't ever going to get along with me.
My NEW favorite quote is: "Be who you are and say what you feel cause those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind." And that was proven quite well to me in recent weeks.

Thank you so much, Debs! I really appreciate it. Once the visitation and funeral are behind the family, it will be much easier to heal. It's so hard going through that and seeing your family hurting as well, but thankfully, I have awesome friends and that really helps! *big hugs*

Hi! I am not sure if we are going to GLFF. I want to go, but my husband wants to go the Midwest Haunters Convention and trade show in Columbus. They are both the same weekend! We need to make a decision soon and make reservations!!
