Our little home haunt is located in central Louisiana. Like pretty much everyone else here, we qualify as the Addams Family of our area (just ask the neighbors). The yard haunt started as "way too much" decoration for our (formerly) annual Halloween party in 2004 and has grown each year. The theme came along in 2006 and helps us plan and build every year. We dropped the annual party several years ago to focus on more detailed set pieces. {I'll write more here later.}

After Halloween last year, the whole family pitched in for a charity event at the 13th Street Morgue haunted attraction in Red Oak, Texas and found a great group of professional and volunteer haunters who have begun to feel like a second twisted family. Since then we have joined the cast of the haunt and will try this year to split several weekends between both places. Everybody is looking forward to the large crowds at 13th St!
