I consider myself a very big lover of Halloween. I typically really start getting into the Halloween spirit in May/June every year. I LOVE to put together unique costumes and to decorate and throw parties. I've only thrown two Halloween parties but they were both quite a few years ago. Someday I would love to be able to completely decorate my house for the holiday and throw amazing annual parties! I'm interested in witches (but not real witchcraft), pirates, jack-o-lanterns/pumpkins, skeletons/skulls, vampires, and the paranormal.
One of the aspects of Halloween that I love most is enjoying it with my children. I love taking them Trick-Or-Treating, carving pumpkins with them, taking them to Boo at the Zoo, the pumpkin patch, making cool Halloween treats and crafts, and anything else Halloween related. They are just starting to really get to a good age that they know what's going on and can participate so I'm super excited. Every year just gets better and better! :)

I guess the only part of Halloween I'm not crazy about is the gruesome and gorey horror movies. I'm not really into the violent, twisted take on Halloween. I love the rush of being scared but in a good way. I don't believe in REAL sceances, witchcraft, ouji boards, possession, or tarot cards. To me, Halloween is just for fun to be silly and dark and scary but I don't really believe there's anything significantly paranormal about the day of Halloween.

I am the 23 year old mother of two little boys. Canyen was born in March 2006, and Talan was born in October 2007, just 8 days before Halloween. I work fulltime and I also a student at a local community college. I love party & event planning, helping others, learning and experiencing new things, and doing things with my sons.
