I don't have a lot of time for hobbies, but Paranormal investigation and part time Archaeological field work would be hobbies I would like to spend more time on.

Just about everything but Polka music and Rap.

Just about all books except cheesy romance novels. Those things drive me nuts.

-Really good coffee;

-Good Italian food;

-Quiet evenings with a good book (sci fi, historical, horror, or fantasy)or a good movie (Boondock Saints, Bruce Campbell vs the Army of the Dead, Bubba Hotep; MIB; etc).

-My bi-monthly Archeology magazine.

-Paranormal investigation, although I am not really very good at it yet and don't have a lot of time to pursue it.

-Meeting other, serious, paranormal investigators.

-People who worry too much about what they are wearing and what the rest of the world thinks of them.

-People who must ALWAYS go out to clubs or other such gathering places on the weekends.

-Parties or Events with over 50 people all crammed together in a limited space. (Concerts and movies don't count).

* I am a single mom. My son is 20 and married now but I am still THE MOM.

* I like to laugh, (often), with friends or commiserate with them; whatever they, or I, may need at the time.

* I have a quick temper for the most part, but it never lasts long.

* I am the oldest of 6 children and grew up on a little 5 acre farm in the Utah Desert.

* I learned to play the Piano, although I'm not very good at it. I played the Flute in my high school band, and can do a little bit with just about any woodwind instrument. I would like to learn how to play the Guitar and the Great Harp.

* I have been described by my co workers as a porcupine. Prickly and intimidating on the outside, but soft hearted and friendly on the inside. I guess I have to agree with their assessment.

* My sense of humor runs toward the sarcastic, so I may appear to be mean when I am not intending to be. However, if I feel the need, I will give you a piece of my mind and you had best take heed.

* I am not what one would call religious/churchy, and I see no need to be. Since God is Omnipotent, I don't have to go to church every Sunday to remember God or to talk to God or to remind God that I exist. I always know where God is and God always knows where I am.
