Content: I think that I'll make a good decision this time. HAUNTSPACE.COM IS OFFERING MEMBERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO HELP RUN ONE OF THE BEST HALLOWEEN, HAUNTED HOUSE SITES ON THE NET. Please read and think about this before you message me. 1. Such moderator must be available to spend time on this site. I know people have jobs, I have two of them myself, but moderation is necessary. 2. Such moderator must be ready to do what's in the best interest of THIS SITE and not themselves. This means, members are gold, walk with them, talk with them and direct them. 3. Such moderator must do what I ASK and follow MY ADVICE, and not act upon themselves. That person must NEVER, EVER engage a member without consulting with the rest of the moderation group as a whole. 4. ONE MODERATOR will be equipped with STAFF powers, that moderator has already been chosen. 5. All moderators will have the ability to do what's right. Friends and Fo's hurt the site and you have to go is the motto. Like I've proven, I love people, admire people and even spent the weekend with a couple and believe me, I loved every minute of it. Said person's got out of line with me and POOF. I don't take hostages, I don't care if you love me or hate me. I only care that we don't hurt others unless those "others" go out of their way to hurt the site or it's members. 6. A moderator is not in a position of power, it's merely a position where building a good quality web-site is essential. We focus on decency, safety and protection for our younger viewers, members as a whole. Sometimes, folks will get angry, that's ok. Tooooooo bad. I don't want embarrassing things on this site, even if you like them. This is what I'm asking for. 7. No favorites, no one should know who you are. Once you let the cat out of the bag, it's over. Once you step on someones toes, and fail to take care of business with someone else, it's over. I know this from my work experience. It just ends up in catastrophe. People need to know the rules, enjoy being here and have a sense of pride in being here. I have a sense of pride and LOVE the Haunt qualities of this site. We have had failed moderation on here, and I'll take my share of the blame too, darn right. I blew it on my end, and you can wipe your feet on me I really don'td care. What I care about is the members on here that value my beliefs and want to help me cater to those that really want to do the right thing. 8. Tonight I saw some links that were graciously provided. Thanks birdies. All of them hate me and wish nothing but harm upon me and this site. Here's my response. Hey, if we or I made you sad, you're always welcome to come back. Stuff happens. I'm guilty too. I'm sorry for that, I don't like to hurt people. However, if you violate the rules, you have to go. That doesn't mean that you're not welcome to return. HEY, if your mom or dad says TIME OUT, it doesn't have to be a pathway of hatred eh? Currently we have three folks booted for life, they know who they are. Stuff happens, most of us want to move on, but behind the scenes..........is another story. As of tonight, I'm moving on. We have 2009 to plan some nice gifts will be awarded and believe me, we'll have a really nice year. For all members, we need to wipe the slate clean, don't blame anyone for anything and don't suspect anything. We're moving on, the past is the past. I'm going to put together a 10 person moderating team. You can do what you want with it. It will be comprised of individuals that really want to help others reach their destiny in the Haunt Industry. I'm sorry that I lost touch with that. I've been reborn. I'll pick 10 (Don't be angry or hurt if you're not picked) I can only pick TEN. With so many active members I can't give everyone what they want. What I can do is put folks in place and place runner ups behind them so if someone gives up, we'll fill the gap. I want ALL WALKS OF LIFE. There will be no favorites here. I want people that agree AND disagree. A society where there is argument is good, or else we'd have a society of folks that want to dictate, which almost happened. If you want to be a team player on here and make this a top dawg on the net, here's your chance. I want the members to be involved, after all, YOU ARE THE SITE.................DUHHHHHHHHHH LOL.
