Hey ashley, thanks for the comment. That was my very first attempt at face-casting and it worked fine. I found some great instructions on-line, and talked my roommate into plastering me up! I've read that to get really detailed facecasts, you should use agar and then put plaster strips over that, but the plaster strips by themselves gave me plenty of detail.
