As many of you know, Doc Weitle and I are putting together a major haunt for the Florida State Fairgrounds this year and we have been hard at work planning, sketching and coming up with new ideas for it.

Well...with our opening night only 9 days away...the pressure is on to get things done.  It always happens this way, where I have a lot left to do and little time to do it in. But, I work well under pressure and know that I will get it all done.

We decided to have a small get together today to discuss our event this year and to map a few things out.  We ran a little short on funds this year, and will not be able to go with our original plan of creating a frame for the entire haunt from PVC...so, we had to come up with something a little different.

I stopped by Michael's today during my lunch hour and they are filling up FAST with Halloween decorations!!!  4 glorious aisles and a couple of island displays!!!

Everything from small foam eyeballs to large animatronic props!  I picked up a couple of 3d wood puzzles for my kids...one of Frankenstein's Monster and one is a haunted house.  I also picked up a couple of foam skulls and a papier mache skull too..
