Spider in the Sink

Strange Rituals

I witnessed the oddest thing last night. I stepped outside for a cigarette and heard a peculiar sound. I listened closely. It was faint, and it seemed to be coming from over the hill.

Before I post some of my stories for your enjoyment, and possibly for the Hauntspace book of shadows, I need to clarify something. These stories are of the category Instant Fiction. They are supposed to be this short.
