Rotting Flesh Radio, the SAGA CONTINUES Part 2...

As mentioned in my last bulletin, here are the copies
of my e-mail to and from Rotting Flesh Radio regarding my 11 month old
order refund that I have yet to receive...

I’m not sure what to make of this first message; it’s not so much an
apology, as a statement about my actions. Also note that he still makes
no mention of a refund in this message…***

Dread... I
am not a big lash out at you person or that way at all. All I will say,
as I have told you before is I know life can throw some bad apples and
I have said if you need a call, to talk, or anything to give me a call.
Honestly do you think I would be trying to get rich out of your
70 bux? After doing business online since 2005, I don't think I would
hold out for your money. I mean really think about it.
anyways,
I don't believe in defamation of character, hence me never lashing out
against you, about you, or ever said anything negative about you. I in
fact continue to have your name on the show as a sponsor even through
your posts about RFR as I have told you as well.
That is all I
will write because I like to talk rather than type, which is why I
call. But I just wanted to take this moment to say those few words.

second message is my response to him regarding his first somewhat
cryptic/confused message. I asked him to focus on the issue, my order
and not the fact that I’m a friend of the show and a sponsor. I also
asked that he not call me and that we keep all contact in e-mail form
so that we have documentation of them.***

Mr. Johnson,
I open the letter by saying that in part some of what you said in your
last message to me is true, life can really screw with people. But it
also seems that, people can screw with people just as easily. You said
and I quote: “I am not a big lash out at you person or that way at
all.†I too have tried NOT BE the lash out type of person as well and I
feel that I have been more than understanding and patient in regards to
the ENDLESS delay in my order. I just find it interesting that when I
sent you money to purchase new equipment you were all over that in an
instant. Also when I purchased multiple "Deadite" memberships totaling
$125.00 and asked that all but one be given away on the show to
deserving folks, you cashed that check quickly as well. What ever
happened to that by the way??? I never heard word one about that from
you other than, "Oh yeah, man I hooked you up." What am I to think or
do here? When the money benefits you, it seems that you take care of
YOU but when it’s about someone else, it drags on. At this point I
don’t want anything from you other than ‘A REFUND IN FULL.’ I would
like this refund sent to me CERTIFIED OVERNIGHT to avoid any future
finger pointing. (I say this because I know that you have not truly
ever shipped me my order or sent me a refund as you stated in the last
two voicemails left on my cell phone. By doing it this way, we both
have hard evidence of the completion of this transaction.)
You

As far as my contacting you by phone, I’d rather we continue this topic via e-mail for various reasons.
Every
time I have spoken with you on the phone, regarding issues with my now
10 month old order, I ended the call feeling as if I were in the wrong
for asking about my order. You know what? THAT’S NOT RIGHT and I WILL
NOT FALL INTO THAT TRAP AGAIN. You are truly gifted my friend, you have
a unique way of twisting conversations in your favor. I commend you on
being such a good ‘SPIN DOCTOR’. You truly could have a future in
politics if you were interested.?
That being said;
I
prefer to have hard copies of our correspondences for my records. I
currently have copies of ALL our discussions regarding my order dating
from 7-17-07 to 2-14-08. These copies contain all the different reasons
(excuses) for the order delay as well as all the dates, in which you
promised me “I would be taken care personally†by you and that “My back
is covered†, again by you. We both now know that was NEVER true, was
it?

Putting
any personal connections between us aside for the moment; You are ‘The
businessman’ (since 2005) and I ‘The customer.’ (Since April 2007)
Regardless of any supply or internal set backs the businessman may have
had, it SHOULD NOT take this long to fill the customers order. If in
fact if the businessman cannot do so in a reasonable amount of time,
the businessman should know that the customers’ satisfaction comes
first and foremost top priority. The customer is his life line in the
business community and mishandling of him and the transaction can and
will have repercussions. Without customers, the businessman is out of
business! Any and all transactions between the businessman and the
customer should be handled accordingly and professionally, or AGAIN
REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY if the order cannot be filled.
Even if it
is only a $72.00 order, and not the ‘Sale of the century.’ Because the
customers next order could be the sale of sales.
Now back to you and I…
As
to my posts on HauntSpace, MySpace, Hal-L-List, Arizona Haunters Group,
Garage of Evil, Etc. You should not take the stance that I am trying to
hurt your online business, as it seems that you are doing a good job of
hurting it all by yourself. My posts are simply a CONSUMER WARNING to
fellow haunters. They are HONEST, TRUTHFUL, and all FACT BASED. I’ve
made no PERSONAL attacks upon you. Again, I have only warned others
about what I consider QUESTIONABLE business dealings on your part.
Again, I know my order was only $72.00, add that to the $125.00 in
“Deadite Memberships†that I purchased and the total comes to $197.00
Not to mention all the ‘Priceless’ time, energy and stress that I have
been put through inquiring about my order, and one could say you owe me
BIG TIME!!!

Life
will indeed get better, it always does. And a refund from you ON ALL
PURCHASES MADE, would also be nice. I do not feel it necessary that you
send me ANY of the products that I ordered, as I could not and would
not in good conscience be able to promote your organization.
In closing, let me make one thing perfectly clear…
I
will continue my campaign warning others about making purchases from
your organization until such time as you give in to my request for a
‘Full and Complete Refund’ sent to me ’Certified Overnight Courier!’

There is too much
to write at this moment, as I am going through some family heath
issues. But I will tackle them later this week.
As for your sponsorship. It has been in tact since day one. And still remains on the show as you hear.
As
for Deadite Memberships. They were given away. We held drawings for
them over the course of 5 weeks. Some people did not respond so we
re-drew the names once the 7 day claim expired. Those we used and told
exactly who donated them for them to have.
You have been a great
friend to the show and I have always felt we could talk, chat and so
on. I always enjoyed talking to you in chat, email etc.
I am sorry this order has become an issue to this, and as you said take care of your business. I have and am.
I
have a lot more to write, but as I said I like to talk. I need to take
care of my family at the moment but you will hear from me before next
week Tuesday and I can guarantee we will have this issue between us
resolved and hopefully restore you as a friend.

is fine as via email Charlton. I have to tend to my baby first tonight,
since our newboren has been very ill since he was born 3 weeks ago.
But
I will email you tomorrow all the details, information, my thoughts,
confirmation #s, Routing #s and such to get this matter to rest. I want
this resolved for bot RFR, myself and your sake. It is for both
business since you are my only standing issue to resolve, and so we can
both be friends once again if that is in your future.

Hello Dread,
The
RFR Account will be contacting you with the tracking number. I had them
issue you a Money Order for the amount of $72.00 even. It will be
mailed out via USPS next week Wednesday when she does the books.
She
will email you through here with confirmation when it goes out with a
tracking # and it will come with delivery confirmation. I hope this
will end any disputes, agruements and problems you have with RFR.
Once
again she will contact you and you will receive $72.00 even in the form
of a Money Order made out to you Charlton going out next week Wednesday.
Also thank you for the nice thought about me and my family with the baby's health issues and my wife's. it was appreciated.
Talk
to you soon feel free to email me or call. Until then you will get an
email next week then from the RFR Accountant to rectify anf take care
of your issue.
