Last week I started making papier mache JOL's that will spell out "Happy Halloween". It started as a commision, but that fell through. The supplies were all ready so I decided to do it for myself. It's papier mache, after all, which is about as inexpensive a medium as you're going to find. The last letter was made tonight and is drying. Saturday Oct. 11 temp 73o high, party cloudy with rain! *Note- the temp is unusually high for MN, this time of year. The Santa Ana's are a-blowin'. Aside from the FCG being all wrapped up like a mummy, the rest of the props are standing tall. Nice! Well, it was tough, but I did what I could today to get the yard ready. My awesome hubby did alot for me. And we had quite a few people walk past and say how nice it is and that they're glad to see we're getting set up. I got the new monster tombstone and the HAUNT(ing outer)SPACE sign set up right in front for everyone to get a good look at. I made five new tombstones this year, but the monster is my favorite.
