Hi all, this is off topic a bit but I am so happy I had to share with you all. 

I am almost a non-smoker!!! It's been over a week since my last cigarette.  I am so stoked!!!  like I said off topic but I feel like shouting from the mountian top. YEAH!!!!

Smoking is the worst thing ever - killed my mother.

You keep up the good work.  I know it is a struggle, but it is worth it. Especially for your loved ones.
