I just finished my first self erecting bluckie. As in, gauge 9 utility wire makes it stand on its own:
here is a single bluckie standing and minding his own business.
I need to trim some of the excess wire off but other than that it seems to hold up pretty nicely. It feels pretty darn stiff and should pose well like this. Ofcourse you'd still need some rebar or something else in the ground to really hold him down. But all bluckie erecting methods kinda need that as far ass I know.
