If you want to make guts like things with great stuff try this, use the minimal expanding foam, take some tin foil, wax it with past wax lay the tin foil on some thing like grass or any thing that will give and spray the foam on the tin foil in the shape you want. As the foam hardens the middle will push down and the edges will roll up, giving a more rounded look rather then the typical flat on one side.
