I was looking at a video, clicked on save and then a blurb came up that "I already have it in my favorites". Shouldn't. Never clicked saved before.

Go to my account, click on favorites. Nothing there.

How do I save/favorite the video?

Under the video you will see Save, Share, Report.  Just click on Save, then if you scroll up and click on My Favorites, it should be listed there.

Where do you have to start from? When I'm from the "home" of HS and view the videos there, click save, I get "You already have this video in your favorites list" but I don't. I don't get any other options other than to post comments.

That is very strange!  You should be able to save it from anywhere you access it.  When you have the video you want up on the screen, it should look like this. 

If it's still not working right, you may have to check with Pete on that one. 

Yup that's what I get. I click the save and get the blurb I posted above.

I updated my Firefox to make sure that it's not my browser. I'm using Firefox. Haven't checked via IE yet. Will do that next. Did - can't (same thing).

I'm honestly not sure.  If it's working for others, I would say that your browser is the culprit.

I LOVE Firefox, absolutely, but it's a little touchy at times.  Please try IE.

Delete all cookies, temp files and history first.

Sometimes that cures the problem all in itself.

We're probably as close as we've ever been concerning the "glitch free" environment, but we still have a couple of tiny issues.

Please try IE, and also try to do it from another computer, then IM me with the results.

This way I can keep an eye on this specific issue.

Ok - tried cleaning out everything that I could think of with yours above too in both IE & Firefox.

Tried looking for any cookies with hauntspace on my computer.

I can save some of the videos but not all. I was trying to get a pattern of what works and what doesn't but no pattern yet.

The video in the screen capture above for GLFF 2008 picture video is one of the ones that I cannot save (That's what started this whole thing.) I wanted that one. I've been able to save others by her. There was another video that I couldn't save from someone else. I thought maybe it had to do with saving while watching or just saving at the screen (without watching the video). Still no pattern. I'll play with it a bit more to see if there is a pattern or some sort.

I'll let you know if I come up with anything.

Now how do you get rid of video favorites? I tried clicking on about everything to find a delete key/button. I found a couple of times (can't locate it now) a "manage favorites" button but I click and I can see my favorites but can't delete anything - just can click to view the video again.
