I've always had good luck with the glow in the dark paint, found at craft stores. Or the fluorescent spray paints found at home improvement stores.

i have been told (and seen demonstrated) by Audreannga that teh glow powders available on E Bay are GREAT!

Have no idea if this is high or low price,but then you got to figure in shipping costs!!

We use Dayglo in our place.  It is pricey but holds up very well.  The pigments work well too.  Just mix very well no matter what type you get.

I'll check my supplier next time I'm over there and see what they have.  Are you looking for paint brush style or spray paint?  Or maybe both??
