Howdy there! SO...I have questions about web spinners/shooters. First of all, are either safe for indoor use? Or will I eternally have webs allover my couch and curtains and rug and...you get it. What would ya'll say are the pros and cons of either? I have been using the bagged variety since childhood and feel ready to step it up a notch or 20!

I haven't used the hot glue type but I have used the other. It looks great and is fairly easy to use, can be a little messy but looks great. Comes off easily, most time. Does stick to some surfaces. Since I use mine in our garage that stays up year long it doesn't worry me to much. Hope this helps some.

we made our own web shooters for use at our haunt.. We made both types. The rubber cement one was made useing a old drill a fan blade and a old tupperware container to hold the cement. We made the hot glue one using a old gluegun, and I mean OLD the ones that got VERY hot. and to that we added a air line from a high pressure source(compresser). Both worked well but I prefer the hot glue webs. lasted longer and cleanup was much easier

For the rubber cement type don't spend more than 40 bucks. You can actually find plans if you search around on the internet. I made my own from simple everyday items. The hardest part was finding a fan blade that was a good size.
