You could try using a torrent sight

http://www.mininova.org/
or
http://www.demonoid.com/files/

or even www.ilmewire.com.

You will need to download a torrent program like Bittorrent and limewire uses it own program.

Make sure your virus software is up to date, before installing any software!

Do you have any 99cent stores or Big Lots around you?  I've found lots of really great soundtrack, sound effects, and Halloween collections at our various 99 cent stores.  I would be glad to email you some MP3 attachments, if I could just figure out how to do that!

It really depends on the Halloween music and the quality you seek. People have different ideas about what Halloween music is. To each their own. However I know in my case I prefer Baroque and Classical and they're readily available for cheap. Not all of it is the best but it's cheap. Now if the music is heavily licenced the cost will go up. Try Ebay for used cds. You can also find plenty of music on Youtube which can be saved with a decoder site.

I don't want to buy myself so I seek out high quality midi files and arrange them with my virtual instrument software. So far it sounds very nice with the convolution reverb.
