Okay. Let me see how I can put this. I got my website up today. http:fletchersfolly.synthasite.com (sorry. little self-promotion there) My boss, God love her wants to do this haunted house. I have pretty much forced her to go ahead with it because of the amount of time I have put into it. I wrote everything you will see on the site. I built the site. I designed and wrote the haunted house. Problem is...she is a procrastinator. She is used to fireworks sales, which is a pretty serious business let me tell you...I've worked the registers on July 4th. She figures we can breeze thru it. Trying to convince her we need to get serious has been a "#$%*. Anyway. I tried to limit first year expectations. I'm pretty sure it will be okay. But, if I scale back, am I screwing up? Or should I go with trying to cram everything in? Do a little and do it well? Or go for lots of cheap thrills...I guess I answered my own question, didn't I? Thanks for letting me vent. Small and good should work if done properly. I left lots of room to build I think.Let me know huh?

I agree that what you build should be top notch. The halloween crowd can be pretty particular. They will let you know when something sucks. Plus, no one wants to feel like they made the trip for nothing. With firework sales,at least when you walk away you have something in hand to show what you spent your money on. In a haunt youar paying to be entertained and you should always get your money's worth.
At least that's my opinion. Hell I feel bad when I half ass something on my free yard haunt!
