I made a regular meatloaf recipe, then shaped it into a little person in an 9 x 13 pan. I cut a few gashes into the little guy, and covered the gashes with ketchup to look like blood. Then I baked it.
I actually took him into work for the potluck there, and everything but the head was eaten. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture first. :( But I served the head for the party that night, on a plate garnished with ketchup-blood, and at least we got a picture of *that*!
