If a haunter has a website and sale other people's goods, I have a complaint.
I am a haunter and I have a website. (The website is in the signature line below). Anyway, I sell other people's goods at this time. I'm working on my own stuff, but not ready yet.
Anyway my complaint is with the The Space store. I sell their NASA costumes on one of my pages. Everytime I make a sale, they reverse it. Everytime! The first time I thought they reversed because my daughter bought something off my site (she now officially works with NASA but I told her that any commission I get I would give her the credit - like a discount of sorts). Anyway - the Space Store reverses my sale. EVERYTIME!
I called them about it. They said I didn't have the proper code. I told them that I did, that's how they knew it came from my site in the first place. They told me that they updated their code and I didn't have the updated code. I was a bit perturbed that they didn't inform me that they were doing an overhaul of code and you had to be updated to get credit. Well, I fussed with them and they gave me my credit back. I was happy for the moment.
I went through all my code and revamped into their "new" code. I still get reversals and it's been less than 6 mos. Still no contact from them to tell me that they updated their code and I better update mine.
Ever since then, I will sell a couple of their items, here and there. I see the credit. Then I watch and a few days later, it's reversed.
I am going to take their stuff off my site now and sell their costumes through another vendor. I try to look for the best price on items which is usually from the manufacturer but this is not right.
