Here's the crew!

So I thought I would add a few pics of our furry family! This is Shiloh... born on Halloween night 1998, we had her mom for a while, she'll be a bit more personable once she knows you, otherwise she's a 15 lb. chicken.

 This is Hades, Shiloh's Brother, their mom had one blue eye and one green eye, as you can see Hades has one Blue and the other is split green/blue. He was born in April of 1999. He is a 20 lb chicken. The hint of thunder and he will crawl under the covers until he deems it safe to come out......
Our new addition is our 9 week old Boxer/Australian shepherd mix Apollo. We got him for our son Camren for his 5th birthday. We'll see how big he gets....yet to be determined by us and the vet. He was one of 13 puppies his shepherd mom had and 1 of 2 boys. He was the only one who had the boxer build, all the others were darker, and had the brindle/darker coat and longer hair. So cute we couldn't resist him..... His eyes started out the bright blue you can see  the one, but in the last 2 weeks his other eye has turned to a green/blue mix. Ironic!

So thats our group, along with some fish in the 55 gallon tank and Camren has started his own fish collection in a small 2 1/2 gallon.

We also have some outdoor fish in a 220 gallon pond. Sadly was lost the origional 7 we had for 5 years this spring to a Heron that must have found us flying over. He picked off all the big ones in 3 days, so now we are left with the 2 medium sized ones and 7 babies born early spring. So we are trying to get them to come to the top to feed again, let's say they are a bit spooked! Have not seen the thing since, but it was quite a sight to see one that close through the window sneaking up on your pond. Guess he got the hint the second night we saw him.

i love Apollo's eyes! one of my pits started out with the most striking green eyes, and they turned amber in color (but she is still gorgeous)

 your cats are cool too. strange coincidence about teh eyes, isn't it?

my cat won't hang around for me to get pics normally.

What wonderful little furbabies!  I love how those kitties are so big and such scaredy cats though.  lol  What a cute little puppy!  No wonder you couldn't resist him.  Those blue eyes really are stunning on him too.
