In business 25 years, Halloween Adventure Superstores, the regions largest seasonal Halloween retailer is seeking District Managers, Store Managers and Assistant Managers for 30+ retail stores at various locations in Southern California. Manager positions are available in all areas from Ventura to San Diego.

District Managers & Store Managers will start training in mid August and work through the first week of November. Assistant Managers will start training in late August and work through the first week of November.
District Managers can earn up to $1065 per week in salary and bonus.
Store Managers can earn up to $990 per week in salary and bonus.
Assistant Managers can up to $650 per week in salary and bonus.
Must be enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated, with sales training experience.
District Managers should have, 1-2 years of previous retail management experience, have a valid driver's license and a reliable automobile. Multi store management experience a plus.
Store Manager must have a valid driver's license and a reliable automobile.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train and motivate sales staff.
• Strong sales & customer service ability
• Prior retail, or management experience a plus.
Assistant Manager- Candidates should have some type of retail experience. Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable automobile.
Qualified candidates should have strong leadership and managerial skills. Halloween Adventure Superstores is an Alcohol / Drug free work place. All management positions will fill up fast.
