Making my own Halloween decorations. I love to read, work with my parrots and dogs, travel, watch movies, listen to music, do things with my friends, have company/family over, watch the wildlife in my back yard, take life easy. Just put fish in my koi pond, so that keeps me busy. I have some funny videos of my mini Dachshund trying to catch the fish posted on You Tube- they're under "nancysparkplug" if you care to watch them....Just got a veiled chameleon, Coco.

Grew up with 60's/70's rock, Hendrix, Joplin, Rolling Stones, The Who, favorite band is Aerosmith. I love Guns & Roses, Tom Petty, any classic rock, but I love lots of the new stuff too, like Green Day, Red Hot Chili Peppers.

THE MAN: Stephen King, of course!! Absolutely loved his earlier books, The Stand, The Shining, The Talisman (all time favorite), Eyes of the Dragon, didn't care for The Dark Tower series.
Just finished "Born Standing Up" by Steve Martin- He's a hero of mine.

I love to reuse things and turn them into something scary. Every year I throw a witch party and have my female friends over the week before Halloween, just for a warm up, then if I have enough time, I like to have a huge Halloween party with all of my friends. I try to add a touch of Halloween to every day of my life.

People who say Halloween is just for kids...cheaters...zombies who waste their food. People with no sense of humor who can't take a joke (especially my jokes). Tailgaters. Arrogant people. Animal abusers.

I have two kids (my daughter Rhiannon is in Nashville with my granddaughter trying to pursue a singing career and my son Zach is in college in Oshkosh), three dogs, two parrots. I work at home doing radiology transcription, used to be a radio DJ for many years. Met lots of cool people, lots of great memories, well, the ones I can remember. Love the GB PACKERS. Known in my family as the crazy one because of my Halloween fascination since I was a tiny kid. I absolutely love scaring people and making people laugh, my two biggest passions in life. Known for my stupid sense of humor. Just laughing the other day with my best friend about the first time we met 27 years ago- I acted like I was going to take her picture with a cigarette lighter and caught my bangs on fire. Ahhh, good times!
