Yeah! My fence is finally put together. Not too shabby for my first attempt and having to work with tools I have, rather than the tools needed. If there is a way to make it or fix it, I will find it, that is for sure. I learned from the best, my dad. Still has to be painted and the toppers have to be added. I have larger skulls for the tall posts, but still can't find what I am looking for for the shorter posts. Maybe, I am just too picky. LOL!! I will post a pic when it is don... Read More
I thought I'd start by telling a bit about myself. I'm married with one child, a boy now 17 years old. I am a police sergeant and work second shift. No, I have never shot anybody. Here's a follow up on the Samsung D807 I followed up my footsteps (crutchsteps?) to Cingular and returned that dud of a phone. Don't get me wrong, it was pretty, I found a new appreciation (and several major frustrations) for Bluetooth, and it was fairly fast with the internet. Unfortunately, the major, and in this case, fatal, flaw, was it's sorry reception. It simply couldn't hold on to a good signal. Even with an external antenna, I bar... Read More
I've always loved Halloween. I've been asked several times why I choose Halloween over X-mas as my personal favorite. I guess growing up poor had a lot to do with it. At Christmas there wasn't much, and I always dreaded going back to school with all the other kids bragging about what they got. With Halloween, we never had store bought costumes, couldn't afford them. My mom would start hunting through thrift stores for costume ideas in late summer. We always had cool co... Read More
