Well another halloween has passed us by and might I add it was a lot of fun. Almost called it quits this year due to the help that “promised” they would be there to help and then flaking out last minute but the love of this must’ve been stronger then the disappointment. Halloween came and went with a wet splatting sort of noise. Sadly, Stewie seems to have suffered some rain damage, but I think it's all fixable. We got several dozen little goblins this year. I think it's the price of gas. Nobody wanted to drive to Grandma's neighborhood, or the 'rich part of town', so they stayed local; and there are a LOT of kids in my neighborhood. I emptied the cauldron full of big toys, and dipped into the bowl of 'pinata filler' prizes. The candy is almost gone. I went out this year, and stuck my son home handing out goodies. preserve a tree branch?For my cemetery haunt, I like to use fallen tree branches as spooky trees in my haunt. I found a really cool one in my back yard today and want to save it for next year. Is there something like a spray or lacquer that I can use to preserve this branch for years to come? Halloween was a sucess here in Oakdale Tempatures were warm (50's still) I had 139 TOTs come to the door for candy, not sure how many chose not to come up for candy but everyone loved the yard and from my vantage on the steps I saw lots of flashes from cameras has they took pics of the yard or their child posed in the yard now if only some of them would give me copies All the TOTs were respectfull of the stuff in my yard at least halloween night, today was a different sto...
