Exercising, theatre, dancing. I will try just about any new activity once. The only ones that I will not try are those that can easyily kill me - like skydiving.

Latest movie that I enjoyed was The Prestige directed by Christopher Nolan. I also liked the SAW series. Universal's Classic Movie Monsters - Dracula, Frankenstein, the Mummy, and the Wolf Man. I try to watch as many independant movies as I can because those movies are able to take more risks than most Hollywood movies. Hard Candy, while not a horror movie, was one of the creepiest ones I have seen in a while. I am also a Alfred Hitchcock fan - if you have not seen Strangers on a Train, go out and rent it.

Anything by Laurell Hamilton - both of her series Anita Blake - Vampire Hunter, and Merry Gentry are both good. I also enjoy the Vampire Huntress series by L.A. Banks. I also encourage people to be open to reading horror classics such as Dracula, Frankenstein, Phantom of the Opera, and work by Edgar Allan Poe.

People who are loyal, honest, and strive to find as much happiness that life has to offer. Of course a good horror flick scares you out of your wits. Every year in October, I attend as many haunted houses as my schedule allows. To date, Eastern State Penitentiary in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is the best haunted house in my area. The best hayride I have attended is Headlesss Horseman in Ulster Park, NY.

Arrogant prejudical people who try to force their beliefs onto you. There is a distinct difference between expressing your opinion in a respectful manner, and being close minded to what anyone else has to say.

I think that while Shakespeare did not say it first, he said it best "To thine own self be true." To be true to yourself and feel comfortable in your own skin is vital. Although there are things in life beyond are control, life is too short to be miserable in situations that you can control. For instance, I know several people who stay in miserable relationships out of fear of either the unknown, or of being alone. I was one of those people until I realized that the man I was with made me upset more often than he made me happy. I also believe a little bit of kindness can go further than you would ever realize. There are some days when a kind or considerate word can make someone else's day seem brighter.
