Although it isn't a book by far, it is the most BA game I have ever played. The story, the history, and the plot is exceptional.
The game I'm talking about, F.E.A.R. If you like first person shooters and like to have your heart skip beats, this is the game. It doesn't have constant horror, and that's what makes it unique. Check out my videos, I added a few trailers that show all three games. If you decide to get the game, here is a couple of things you need to take into heart:
1) I wouldn't have the kids around while playing
2) You have to play the trilogy in order, FEAR, FEAR Extraction Point, then FEAR Perseus Mandate. In the Fall of this year (2008) they will be coming out with Project Origin which is basically part 4.
Anyways, if you like first person shooter games and horror, you definitely will want to check it out.
