You are The Moon

Hope, expectation, Bright promises.

The Moon is a card of magic and mystery - when prominent you know that nothing is as it seems, particularly when it concerns relationships. All logic is thrown out the window.

The Moon is all about visions and illusions, madness, genius and poetry. This is a card that has to do with sleep, and so with both dreams and nightmares. It is a scary card in that it warns that there might be hidden enemies, tricks and falsehoods. But it should also be remembered that this is a card of great creativity, of powerful magic, primal feelings and intuition. You may be going through a time of emotional and mental trial; if you have any past mental problems, you must be vigilant in taking your medication but avoid drugs or alcohol, as abuse of either will cause them irreparable damage. This time however, can also result in great creativity, psychic powers, visions and insight. You can and should trust your intuition.

Poll time!

What should I be for Halloween this year?

  1. A female Mad Hatter
  2. A Pierrot/Clown
  3. A female Japanese folk character (Oni/Demon)

I'm still very much undecided, but I like to plan in advance since I enjoy being rather elaborate. Suggestions are welcomed.

I need some help
Posted On 09/10/2007 16:51:31
Maybe the ladies could help me with this, but guys if you know feel free :)
I need a corset for my costume this year. I do plan on getting a nice "real deal" corset in the future, but the problem is those are usually in the 200-400 dollar range. I want a corset that doesn't look cheap, but is still affordable. Does anyone know where I can find one?

I know Charlotte Russe used to have some, but I checked their site and couldn't find a thing. I'm thinking maybe Victoria's Secret?

Anyway, I'm going to be a Victorian Vampire. I have everything else planned out, the corset is the only thing I'm having trouble with.

And well, since we're on the topic, any suggestions of some realistic looking fangs?

Thanks

Haunts for 2007

So I decided to compile a list of Colorado/Denver haunts I want to try to get out to this year, since I haven't had a chance to see them in past years. It may change, as I'll be checking out the reviews for them at HauntedDenver.com when they start opening up.

(Already saw Primitive Fear)

Haunts I've already seen that I highly suggest:

If you have any suggestions, feel free :)
I'm a sucker for cornfields/hayrides/outside haunts.
