We have a 40' X 100' (4,000 sq. ft.) used tent for sale that is in good condition. Comes complete with everything you need including side walls, 28 stakes, 28 ten foot poles, 4 sixteen foot poles, 4 twenty foot poles, 28 ratchet straps, 2 sledge hammers, and all the needed lines/rope, etc. The pictures don't do the tent justice... it is A LOT bigger than it looks! Unfortunately, these are the only pictures we have from when the tent was erect.Â
The tent is all black on the inside and all white on the outside. Actually, there are more side walls than you will need to go all the way around the tent.Â
If you are a haunted attraction company or if you are interested in starting a haunted attraction business, then you may also be interested in our portable wall system, and/or used props that we have for sale as well. we have 200 (4' X 8') double sided, flame retarded walls for a haunted house and 6 half walls (2' wide instead of 4'). Includes all the necessary hardware; screws, simpson strong tie's, hinges, door handles, latches, etc. Asking $11,000 for the walls and hardware.
(Similar used tents can go for anywhere from $8,000 to $15,000.) So, its worth more than we're asking ($6,500 for just the tent, side walls, poles, stakes, and all necessary tent hardware. We simply don't need it any longer and could use some extra space instead.Â
If interested in both the walls and the tent, then we'll sell both for $16,000. This could get you well on your way to starting your own haunted attraction business!
We also have many used props for sale from previous seasons that we no longer need. Most of them are in either great or good condition.
