I just added a daytime video of our haunt to my profile. It was taken after Halloween, so a few things are missing....hay bails....haunters....darkness etc. We had lots of haunters along the trail including my husband who popped out from the tall scarecrow near the end of the video....

Wow..can I just say....I can't believe how wonderful our gallery is looking lately!!! I take my head off,,,,I mean my hat off to the new members who have posted pics......you are a very talented bunch...each one of you....and I plan to "borrow" ideas from each one of you....seriously though...you are all a great addition to our haunted family.

Monster-of-a-project that is......the PM is coming out of my ears....literally....I had an itch. It's more of a pain than my big tree,,,,,,because of the 8 legs!.........I'd rather pm a huge flat surface than little cylinder legs.......it takes 4-EVER!!!!!..........Well I've been experimenting with a little celluclay....newspaper and heavy brown craft paper.....we'll see what happens.
I'm working on multiple projects at once......anyone else like me...when I need to get my elbows out of the PM I can turn back to my zombie dolls...I think I almost have enough now.........

Well...here we go again....for those who have been one of my HS friends since the beginning,,,,I'm sure you're aware of my previous nightmares....for the newbies.....I have them every year around this time....I had 2 last night and actually one a few months ago....way too early, but it got my rear in gear. I think I probably had a few within the past month or so, but I think I've blocked them from my memory...too traumatic.........the nightmares are always the same.
It's HALLOWEEN and I'm NOT prepared....I don't have my set up done and sometimes no props at all.....I leave the TOTs very disappointed along with myself....the night goes by and I miss it!!!! I feel like Linus in the pumpkin patch waiting for you know who. I can't believe it's happening and I feel dreadful! I often go scrambling for my props.....they're hidden or out of my reach.......ugh...I'm stressed thinking about it....and the worst thing is....my friends and family are NO help, nor do they care......well I plan to have a few more before the big night,,,,,it's unavoidable.......unfortunately....anybody else have the same problem as me?????

I haven't had a chance to write an actual tutorial yet, but I added a slideshow of the paint process for my zombie bunny to my profile page...if you put the cursor on each pic you'll see a brief caption...let just say each doll is unique and I do each one a little different, so don't get frustrated...just add more layers of paint like I did.

Something to get excited about......tonight after Ghost Hunters International...Scare Tactics returns on the Sci-Fi channel......maybe some haunt ideas can come out of the show...some good scares....we'll see...I know I'll be watching for ideas....I know some of you don't have that channel, so I'm sure we can probaby post a video of some of the scares....I'll bet by tomorrow we'll be able to find some on that other site...you know the one for YOU and it comes in a TUBE.....

I had a request to do a tutorial on my dolls, but I'm not sure how to format it, upload etc. Stolloween if your reading this, you post great tutorials, could you or anybody direct me to something that will give this incompetent ghoul a helping hand.....Tanx a bunch!
