Thanks to everyone who sent Congrats for Justin. He was happy and humbled that so many people sent positive thoughts. Right now, we're still waiting for his oral board results to find out where he placed in line to do his background. You guys are the best, really. I can't wait to tell you all about how we're moving and how the house we choose in California is pretty much picked for Halloween potential!! LOL
I've been taking a break from my Halloween obsession as I am still recovering LOL However, I have good news! The fiance found out that he passed his police test and we are just waiting to find out where he is placed on the eligiblity list. With any luck, I'll be in beautiful Southern California for next Halloween!!!
Sorry, you have to go to the other space to see them.

So I had some interesting things happen. I had probably 40 or 50 kids which is a LOT for this area. A good deal more would have come if it hadn't been all the parties I'm sure. However, people were coming just to see what I had done. No one at my end of the street was doing anything so I know folks came down for me. About 5 or 6 TOTs were screaming or refused to come to the door. I only had one not in costume, but he belongs to my ex's wife so no big deal. Everything went well except my fogger died after working for an hour or 2 and the mausoleum didn't get done. It was lame so I won't even post pictures of it and I tore it down already. Surprises of the night, the bubble fogger was a HUGE hit! If you guys can hit Wally world or Target and get one do it!! The kids loved it! My ex's wife went and got one and I bought a second one cuz I will be using it again and again! Then, while handing out candy to a group of kids with their parents and grandparents, one little girl turned to her grand(?)mother and she hands me a box of Ethel M chocolates!!! I was FLOORED!! I asked her what this was for and she said anyone who puts this much effort into decorating deserves a box of good chocolate!! I like this reverse TOTing!!! Well off to the lacrosse game for my son and then the long process of packing everything away for another year....
Just a short note to say I had a GREAT night! The first set of TOT's that I had the little boy SCREAMED his head off!! It was great! I'm gonna upload pictures in the next few days and a better description of the night, but I'm very tired and I need to get to bed!! Hope everyone had a great night too!!!!
Check out this fun little site. You can carve pumpkins on it!!

This was sent to me on that other "space" and wanted to pass it on in case anyone has these:
HALLOWEEN CANDY RECALLED
snopes.
> > > > Sherwood brand Pirate's Gold Milk Chocolate coins are being recalled due > to the fact that they contain Mel amine, the ingredient in milk product > that has caused many infant deaths in china.
These candies are sold at > Costco, as well as many bulk and dollar stores.
Please make sure to > check your children's Halloween candy and DO NOT LET THEM EAT THE PIRATE > COINS (you know the ones wrapped in the shiny gold foil) and please let > other parents know about this!
I'm better today but this day of all days will be very hard because today is the yearly pug rescue Halloween fundraiser called Pug-O-Rama and I was telling Star we were going to the"pug party". She would get all excited. We went every year that I had her. We have costumes made every year and this year they were gonna be the "puarazzi" to my Marilyn Monroe. It was gonna be so cute, but I just can't put my other 2 in costumes. I'm still crushed and heartbroken but at least I'm not in tears all day like I was yesterday. I have a large picture of Star and she's going that way. I still feel awful that I had to have my other dog put down because of the attack, but I'm still a bit angry with her too so I haven't started to mourn as much for her. Star was like my child and I don't know what to do without her.
Today, my dog Star died and I am so sick about it. My other dog Gixxer killed her and I had to put her down. I am not even sure what to do right now, I feel like throwing up and screaming at the same time. I can hardly breathe and I feel lost. My head hurts so bad I can hardly type this this.
I had both for about 6 years and I don't know what happened. No one was home and I wish I had been here to stop it.
