Unexpected vacation

As some of you know, I work in a Dental lab.
December 11th will make my 6 yr anniversary at the lab, wow! This time
of the year is the crazy time (because of insurance benefits having to
be used up by then end of the year). A little internal alarm clock goes
off in people & they freak out to get their dental work done.
Because of this, the lab blacks out the entire month of December for
time off. Many weeks ago I remembered that I had 6 days of vacation
time to use or lose. I had thought it was till the end of December to
use it, wrong. Was informed that it had to be used up by my work
anniversary date. I worked it out with the lab for the best dates
available. November 30th - Dec. 7th worked the best. So, that means I'm
on vacation, Woohoo!! Didn't have any plans other then to get an oil
change, & finally get my Halloween stuff put away. 
Was thinking a day trip to the Cities would be fun. We just got dumped
on with 7 inches of snow mixed with freezing rain Saturday in MN.
Streets & roads are clearing up already. Not sure what to do with
this unexpected vacation. Other than stay up late & sleep in. ha!
