Halloween in Oakdale, Mn

Well Halloween has come and gone and turnout was better then I expected temps were near freezing so I wasn't expecting has many TOT's has last year but when the night was over and totaled up I had 114 TOT down just 13 from last year
All in all a very good Halloween :o)
