Not haunt related but....
oh man.... I went to a friend's house this weekend... she's my rescue/rehab friend... anyway.. we were checking out her domestic rabbits and she noticed that one was down (deceased)... it was a recent rescue.. and when she lifted the body to remove it, what did she find?.... babies!!! there were four all together, two were deceased. I immediately asked... can I raise them? the rest is history....

My friend was sure that they weren't there Sunday morning, and they were found Sunday late afternoon, so possibly they are just 24+ hours old as of this writing. I am going to attempt to raise these little darlings, but I have to be cautiously optimistic about their prognosis... They made it thru last night and they are eating, but this is definitely tricky business... I have a web album posted if anyone is interested in tracking their progress....

05/01/2008 04:52:35 Well.. I'm going into day 5 with the bunnies.. so far so good.. The grey one has me a bit worried, possible respiratory problems due to some aspiration of formula... time will tell... I've not had domestic rabbits before so this will be a new adventure. I'm just hoping to keep them alive at this point. I'll be posting update pics on Picasa... check it out if you like!!

04/29/2008 04:56:51 Hmm. Had 2 rabbits for about 3 days, but all they did was poop, kick it out of the cage, chew on their cage, and try to hump each other. I thought they were disgusting and gave them back to the previous owner. Unless they were just social misfits. Have you had better experiences with rabbits?
