help for building bodies..
Posted On: 04/24/2008 02:43:42

so ive been in pittsburgh since monday..and although its been great since i got to work.. hang with old friends..and see the BODIES exhibition.. for the first time ever i didnt bring any projects with me to work on.. so needless to say.. ive been browsing all over the net for the past 9 hours (seriously).. i dont know i havent gone crazy yet.. but here its really not that strange since the friend we are staying with literally has 4 computers surrounding him and the person i came with is totally occupied playing world of warcraft for hours on end (hehe..im not one of those guys).. anyways.. in all of my searching.. i found on the hauntprojects page a link.. if you check out zombietronix.com.. under calculators click on biped.. if you put in any specific height.. it calculates the exact length of every bone on the body that you would need to build a body.. presumably out of pvc.. i just found it helpful.. not that its too hard to just eyeball it.. but thought it was a neat link to share.. ive built 3 chicken wire and pvc children and will next be working on a few adult sized bodies..

until next time..may all your days be filled with horrible images and horrifying circumstances..

I have that very site bookmarked!  if anything, it is a great reference site... I have plans down the road for a wolf creature and I plan on putting that calculator to work!!  I love doing random searches on the web to see what's out there.. sometimes you just never know what you'll find!!!
