I actually used a thin piece of particle board. I borrowed one of those projectors from a friend of mine that if you put a picture under it, it will project it on the wall to whatever size you want. My son and I traced it out and I cut it out with a jigsaw. I have a big green flood light behind her and at night she has a really cool green "halo" around her. I can never get a good night pic of her though. It's one of my fav props that I've made. Looks very cool at night
