I'm doing a Nightmare Christmas theme this year for my party and I put a bunch of my potential guests names on Santy's Naughty list. (This pic really doesn't do him justice, but what can ya do?!) He's 40" tall, by the way. $2. at a yard sale! (post-Halloween make-over)
